"Utak Bulinaw" is a Filipino phrase meaning, small-minded people who refuse to widen their own perspectives in order to empathize with others and who are unable to adapt to certain circumstances and confusing ideas.
​
This multimedia art symbolizes the people and their environment that when everything surrounding us becomes uncontrollable; How will we react to it?
Through visualizing a society, the people, and the outlook of reality through a small aquarium, this can be used as a way to raise awareness and to help bring a realization that it is our society that needs improvement within both our attitudes and our outlooks on life.
